Apparently Laravel doesn't support Mailgun batch sending, but you can still do it "manually" with Mailgun's PHP SDK.

There's also this package which makes it easier, but I'm not sure if I'd use it myself. It replaces the default MailServiceProvider, which isn't necessarily a problem, but it'll make future upgrades harder, especially if the package becomes abandoned.
