    • Zets-Hair Extensions (outdated original) and Whaley's Hair and Tattoos (no link I can find) used to do this. I think the devs put a freeze on appearance related expansion till the char creator layout gets some love (everything falls under traits, along with mutations, and that list can get a bit excessive).
