InfluxDB

If you want something like that. mpv.net is a good option. It resembles mpv in GUI but when you right click anywhere in the window, it opens up a context menu where you can set everything up and on of the option is setting and the config editor which will open up the setting and you can go through all of them. An explanation of all the option is also given in the settings. You can also choose to use the config files by opening the config folder. It is what I use and I have never looked back. here is the github releases page for it, just grab the latest release and go through it,- https://github.com/stax76/mpv.net/releases
Heya! My config should be fully compatible with your setup and needs. https://github.com/Tsubajashi/mpv-settings should be plug and play.
In case you want to customize the uosc, read this github.
