  Addon to block special characters in Garry's Mod game chat (Serverside)

The special character blocker blocks any chat message that contains characters that are not punctuation, letters, numbers, or ASCII symbols. This is a very intrusive addon because it may break color coding of the Hatschat 2 addon, and WILL break Lenny faces. This addon was written because this particular user has used a text corrupter website to bypass the URL filter, and while it's very hard to actually follow the URL because of corrupted characters, some may want to add it or use it anyway: https://github.com/RussEfarmer/gmod-special-character-blocker
