SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
There's nothing too groundbreaking here - a great PuzzleMe -> PUZ/JPZ bookmarklet was posted here just last week, and xword-dl can pull puzzles from applets as well - but my hope is this makes it a bit easier to use and keep up to date, and also supports a few more formats + has a bit deeper compatibility for trickier puzzles.
If you have feature requests / bugs, or want to contribute yourself or hack locally, the source code and issue tracker is available here. I'm planning to add PDF generation, an option to make Downs Only files, and better support for unicode characters when converting to .puz (but you should really use .jpz instead if you can!).
