Are there any pros/cons to using mbsync over imapsync out of curiosity? Only ask as I've seen imapsync recommended in many places.

I [use offlineimap](https://github.com/samhh/dotfiles/blob/master/home/.config/o...) which allows you to optionally sync in one direction.
I'm not sure what happens if the remote emails are overwritten though.
