I think that this fork of NCP combined with custom config is the best ac for Spigot. NCP is very powerful and versatile. You can disable check that you're not intrested in and fine tune other checks, so they wouldn't trigger false positives. And btw it's open source. EDIT: Here's a great config for starters. It requires ConditionalCommands.
