  • leaflet-topography

a set of tools for calculating and visualizing topography in leafletjs

  • Very interesting...any recommendations on where to learn GLSL? I do a lot of classes through lynda/linkedin learning, but I don't think they have anything that specific. I feel like that's the next step in the web-GIS journey. Might help me speed up my plugin leaflet-topography.

  • firestarter-io

A web-based fire prediction software suite. WIP. Read more here.

  • You can check out my project here. It used to be 100% client side, but that repo is private, mostly because it's an embarassment. I'm rewriting the whole thing to run as a node-application, so that it can potentially live on an compute-optimized instance somewhere. Its not in any presentable shape, but I'm slowly making progress. I'm also debating if there's a better language I should be writing it in to get the absolute fastest performance from a computationally heavy algorithm.
