You probably have some malicious code, you will need to restore a backup or go through your files and find where the redirect is coming from. Quick thing to try to is to disable all plugins by renaming the WP-plugins folder to something else like WP-plugins-1 or WP-Plugins-Broken. From there you can isolate where the problems lie. You might need to do the same with the themes as well. Focus on dealing with the malicious code first trust me. You can look at plugin and theme files directly from wordpress.org and find what is out of place, will probably also have to check your WordPress core files WP-config for example. There are some detailed guides out though on what files to check.
Upload the Adminer one-page script, set proper permissions and browse it. for user/pass, see DB_USER, and DB_PASSWORD in wp-config.php. You can now export the db to an sql text file and import it the same way to XAMPP.
