They're using https://ddpe.netlify.app/, you request your data package under Privacy & Safety in User Settings, wait for Discord to send you your most up-to-date package.zip, and then you drop it in. The explorer will run briefly and then collate your data, eventually showing it like this. I've used it myself and discovered two things - I use Discord too much and my favorite word across 245,000 messages was "fuck"
