There used to be the option to download all birthdays but facebook blocked that. I've used https://github.com/mobeigi/fb2cal to export all birthdays in ics format and imported them to a new google calendar. You'll need a laptop but it should be working for ios too, just clone the project and follow the instructions.

For instance there are sites that will condense T&S for you, you can learn reputable sites and services etc. For example google might suck up as much data as it can from you but, at least as far as we know, that data is split off into demographics and used to market/advertise back at us. I'm old enough to remember when simply getting free email was a big deal.. the services we get now for free are amazing. If that means they want to know I bought some cat toys and a RAID card off ebay yesterday then that's entirely fine by me.
