If you're coding in JS, I'd use https://www.npmjs.com/package/verbal-id for 10bits, bip39 for 11 bits, and maybe my wordlist for 12 bits.

I've always thought W3W was a neat core idea poorly thought through, and hope one day there'll be a truly open alternative that solves the many issues W3W itself has.
