Someone was asking about "responding to external events" with Lush which prompted me to make a small file watcher plugin for Neovim.
It's called fwatch.
This is really cool, actually. I want to add file watching functionality to a plugin, and I was originally planning on using Watchman, but for some reason, I didn't even think about the possibility of just using luv. I'll give this a shot for sure.
