I am going to try to use this tool: https://github.com/BOLL7708/OpenVR2Key to map touch controller buttons to keyboard commands in GTAV. Assuming it works, the art will be in which commands to map to give the most playable experience possible at least for free roaming and causing general mayhem. I would be open to other ideas to do the same thing though - maybe using Voice Attack or vjoy.
