This specific one is called the Skeletyl
It's a subclass of Dactyl keyboards, specifically of the Dactyl Manuforms, parameterized and open source keyboards modeled after the Kinesis Advantage, an ergonomic keyboard with keywells, but non-split.
Here's an example layout for keyboards this small that relies on homerow mods. Although it's possible to game with them, it's very cumbersome. This is a pure workhorse of a keyboard.
Love small keyboards but miss your numpad? Fuck it, add one.
Ergo keyboards on the other hand, is a wild west free-for-all. Feel like there's too much strain on your pinky? Get rid of the keys. Develop a layout where you don't need them. Your palms don't have anything to do, see if you can press keys with them. Feel like there's too little keys on regular boards? Build a split battleship keyboard! Feel like keywells are too boring? Go completely bonkers, start chopping up switches to fit your hands perfectly.
