  • gm0

Game Manual 0 - The most extensive guide out there for FTC

  • At https://github.com/coppersource/gm0/issues you can open an issue in gm0 about adding a mentor guide, and provide more detail because I really don't know what a "mentor guide" would be.

  • FTCLib

Broad FTC library for all things software.

  • There's a community port of WPILib for FTC. https://github.com/FTCLib/FTCLib

  • InfluxDB

  • What exactly would you suggest? There's a relatively large suite of examples packaged with the SDK. Javadoc is available for the entire SDK (although somewhat hard to navigate, but that's endemic of Javadoc in general). There's a relatively large wiki associated with the GitHub repo. There are a number of YouTube tutorials floating about. It's not really feasible to think that FIRST can offer an "Introduction to Software Development" or "Java 101", or, my favorite, "MIT 6.00" as way to teach people to write software. That's precisely what mentors are for. I would however like to see more teams use public GitHub repos as a mechanism for sharing and learning from each other.

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
