Also, is there any recommendations to filter a bot request out? I've seen a few packages that does something like " $agent->isRobot();", (jenssegers/agent), but I don't know how good it is and if you have any recommendations I will be grateful.

At my agency, we decided to move out of Google Analytics by using https://matomo.org/. I think it would suit your needs. It's a good alternative and you self-host it (very easy to setup), so you own your data.
