    Discontinued An Instagram download application for Windows, Mac & Linux [Moved to: https://github.com/AssetKid/raider]

    • Does anyone have an good alternative? Recently I have been using a program called raider (https://github.com/AssetKid/raider-release). Unlike instaloader when logged it it only grabs the 1080 version of the image and not the "high quality" version (1440) instaloader grabs when logged in. This stops it from hitting the rate limit as fast because apparently it takes a lot more extra calls to get the high quality version. On the down side I have noticed after it completes saveing 175 profiles instagram will lock my account after like 30 profiles on the next run. I only run it once a day mainly because it takes so long. There is also a time out setting that I have set for 240 and to only grab the last 50 posts.
