vimscripting with terminal-mode, unexpected behavior

Then, I code in the command_line pane and I can easily send each lines to the terminal pane with this send-to-terminal plugin. My whole plan is to make a function that automatizes this process.

Afterwards I plan to further implement other functions to work on this. I am aware that there is already a vim-matlab plugin, but it does not work as I would like to; also this is a fantastic reason to learn some vimscripting.
