Is the riot vanguard software running? If it is, it stops my app from being able to see smu values.. Probably also any other type of anti-cheat software. My app needs permission to read protected memory space to in order to query those values. It's similar to a game hack, but completely innocent. HWINFO does the same thing, and those values (stapm limit, tdc limit, etc) go blank with the software running as well.
