It might be possible to change the system time to 'cheat' the vault timer - but I think the single-player version of the modpack uses a different system for which this method would not work.You might be able to edit the code or some config files where the timer data is stored. If the pack's final license is similar to what it currently has (in this repo) then you are allowed to modify the code and use it commercially.

Update: I found some more repos at https://github.com/saksham4106/Vault and https://github.com/sgowell/Vault . Not sure how "official" they are, or just clones of the public repo at iskallia - I'll have a look at them later.
