Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
We implemented this interface as an easy-to-use web application, detached from the code running the demo. We are planning to use it again in future demos and it's available open-source on GitHub! Since we were unsure whether the demo would be displayed on a monitor or projected onto a wall, we tried to make the text as clear as possible and we included both a light and dark theme, for optimal legibility in any light condition; at the same time, we added some futuristic-looking effects to attract people's attention.
