At least in recent weeks for those on Windows, --latest-sep/baseband were apparently "broken for most devices" according to the developer and the developer recommended specifying the actual sep/baseband files.
I've also used blobsaver in the past (but only up to 14.2). Is shsh.net prefilling the 0x93... generator value because at some point in the past I had used blobsaver on a non-jailbroken device to retrieve the generator and pasted it into shsh.net? (I guess it would have happened in an earlier year so I don't specifically recall pasting or not.)
