SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
I tried Quartz and didn’t like the RBAC and url generation so wrote my own SSG.[1] Every markdown doc gets assigned a UUID and a variable for weather it is shared or not. The site is built on mkdocs. My wiki is published using it ddaemon.org , wiki.ddaemon.org
