I have used https://nuxt.com/ framework for this project, if you've never done any coding, I'd recommend that you get familiar with JavaScript, it's a really nice language and you can do a lot with it, then you can choose between Nuxt I just linked, or use something like NextJS which offers similar features with a different syntax.
