As soon as the USB cable is connected, instantly the ESP board is powered on and then it constantly loops through turning off and on each one of the 8 relays and does that non-stop, I assume this is the preloaded program, but I cannot connect to the ESP chip in order to upload ESPhome via https://web.esphome.io/.
