  Server Sider Rendering (SSR) in Vue 3 - Example App

I've been struggling to set up my Vue 3 SSR project. I started with a starter I got from a public GitHub repo (https://github.com/shenron/vue3-example-ssr), but I am by no means a Webpack expert and there are surprisingly few online resources about webpack-chain (which is the default way webpack is configured in Vue CLI apparently). To be honest, I'm just very much out of my depth here (I'm mostly a UI-focused developer, not so much the infrastructure part).
