I didn't try any of them to be honest. But I remember seeing a couple of posts mentioning their drawbacks. With that said, you may follow this documentation on how to connect your DropBox.
Then for the syncing part, you create an account at CloudFlare and create a R2 Bucket. But be noted that you will be required to enter your bank card to purchase the R2, and you will be charged once you exceeded the free quota. Once you create the bucket get its endpoint.
I checked into the plugin documents and understood nothing. Searched in this subreddit also and did not find much hope in understanding either. How hard is it to configure by blindly following the steps enumerated in the plugin documentation](https://github.com/vrtmrz/obsidian-livesync)? And I also would like to know how this service performs, in terms of syncing frequency and battery usage. How has been your experience?
Up to my knowledge, Obsidian GIT doesn't support merge on mobile. There is a different approach for handling those on mobile using Command Line, you can find more info in this post and this article.
