  VNDS is a standard for very simple and easy to use Visual Novel scripts. It was originally developed for the Nintendo DS, but now supports Android, iOS, PSP, and even Javascript.

  

At this moment, it doesnt' look like those novels have been ported to the VNDS format. There is a WIP port of Clannad that was made, according to https://github.com/BASLQC/vnds/wiki. That site is the most up to date on VNDS novels themselves. VNDS-LOVE is just an engine to run those novels.
