It basically ingests the PPG data using OSC and then plots the data&changes the background color of the plot on beat detection. The good thing is that the HR filter is exposed in the code, so you can tweak the parameters to maybe get better results for you. So instead of changing the color, you can then transmit a signal on OSC to your VCV rack. This basically acts as a sub for the HR
