SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
Look into SSG (static site generators) like hugo, astro.build, 11ty, etc...
The easiest thing would probably be Primo, you’ll just have to copy+paste your code in & write some Svelte to set up the content fields.
CouchCMS caters to precisely this use-case; works by getting retro-fitted into existing static HTML/CSS designs.
You could check out Storyblok, they have a nice free tier (most headless CMSes do) so you wouldn't have to pay for hosting. Some other good options are Prismic and Sanity Sanity.
