Already recommended Clean ABAP is a must read. However, it's a style guide and is not what I'd consider "best practice" content. It is also still debated in the larger community.

Situation is a bit better with Fiori/UI5 as SAP provides Fiori design principles and DSAG published their SAPUI5 best practices. DSAG content is always solid and reliable, highly recommended.
