  Tokyo Night theme for SDDM

I've gotten a base NixOS installation going with the applications I want installed. I'm using SDDM and the one thing I can't seem to figure out is how to get a non-default SDDM theme configured. I typically have been using tokyo-night-sddm found here but I can't seem to get it to download and manage it using configuration.nix. I've seen some people show their configs like this. But in all honesty I'm a little lost as I can't seem to find where and how all their configuration files are referenced. I just need some guidance on where to start to be able to understand it, frankly the NixOS wiki doesn't seem to cover these things very well.
