This is one of the reasons why we've created Jitar (https://jitar.dev). It moves all front/back communication from the code to the runtime, so integration is easy while maintaining end-to-end type-safety.
I used it as a part of the T3 stack and really enjoyed it, I like how it really tied the frontend and backend together.
You either have to go with react native or use https://github.com/jlalmes/trpc-openapi to generate rest endpoint using trpc. lol. Not sure how good the trpc-openapi package is though. Read somewhere it was missing stuff
