Create multi-arch docker images with nix

  Flocken (German for "flakes") is a collection of utilities for nix flakes.

I created a nix-based approach to push multi-arch images to Docker registries. This was mainly intended for other projects, but I thought it may be useful for others as well. Here is the link to the flake: mirkolenz/flocken

The repo may get new functions in the future, currently it only contains the function to create a Docker manifest and push that to the specified registry.
