  • Never felt the need to use chat, so looked it up, and apparently Reddit didn't share the API for it to work the way it does in the official app. Also came across this: https://github.com/Blatzar/Redited. Basically, a modified official client with working chat, but without ads and telemetry. Maybe you'd be interested to check it out.
