If you want to risk it, you can download the rc (release candidate) source package from GitHub and upgrade manually.
Here’s my Nextcloud setup https://github.com/lastlink/nextcloud-docker-ml-example. I essentially use their official recognize plug-in and run cron commands from it to scan regularly. Note I don’t think a raspberry pi is strong enough to do image recognition. But I have facial scans, and tagging (dog, cat) working. The default Nextcloud docker/ root install needs a few dependencies for the plugins to use which is why you have to customize your docker image using the official Nextcloud base image.
