Moving on, Corectrl is currently maintained where as Radeon-profile hasn't been maintained for at least 2 years. (obviously I chose Corectrl) So read page to the very end before installing https://gitlab.com/corectrl/corectrl Follow the Ubuntu instructions, and as advised, best to create the file /etc/apt/preferences.d/corectrl so that you install Corectrl Application only. Then follow the Setup instructions below, to this page, https://gitlab.com/corectrl/corectrl/-/wikis/Setup and follow those instructions
I used " radeon profile " when I first switched from windows to Linux, it's less fancy than adrenalyn, but it has some OC capabilities and such, if you wanna check it out
