Sadly to hear this. Frankly, you are not the first one get angered. All open source maintainers face this problem, how to handle a featture request which we disagree with? I am glad to see another popluar open source project Grafana proposed a solution, https://github.com/grafana/grafana/issues/36683. So I decide to follow, https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk/issues/4331.
