I’d go for an Ecowitt gateway (GW1100) and whatever sensors you’d like to add to it. They make an outdoor air quality monitor that has a (weak) solar panel and recharges its AA batteries a bit. Can also get normal weather station stuff like rain gauge, wind, temp, even soil moisture monitors. You would need this Homebridge plugin: https://github.com/spatialdude/homebridge-ecowitt No noise sensing though.
