I have tried to put 0.5 in every position, also -0.5, but I can't get the leg lifted, and I don't know what to do. I am trying to understand the behavior. Also, my math skills are not very good, I have a general idea what a quaternion is. The models (.glb) can be found here ...
Might want to check this out too: https://github.com/sketchpunklabs/ossos I haven't used it, but it looks rad.. and might handle the ik you need..
