Influx to link and backlink information and am grateful as a kitten wrapped in a heating blanket for that plugin.
slowly training Text Snippets for faster typing and have found almost what I am looking for :D, e.g. my partner's name, for easier referencing (name : [[page name]] for example) -- which works pretty well
I know I can create a page by selecting the link and pressing [[ and/or use Note Refactor
