I have been working on a template mail website, https://2clickmail.com for some time. It allows people to create and share mail templates, and it allows anyone to send them in 2 clicks by leveraging mailto URI's. It's still in its infancy, but I thought it's at a stage I can start to get feedback. It's open source at https://github.com/alpaylan/2clickmail.
