I would suggest using osab's guide to install the game on the Deck, as this is the proper Ultimate Collection (I assume it was a typo in your title and you're talking about MrDJ's version, which is a disc repack and missing IKEA). Osab has a note about the not installed error there too, I think, which may clarify the issue for you.
