Implement set alarm action in Simple alarm

In Quicktiles app, there is tile for set alarm and set timer while simple clock as clock app, using that tile, nothing happens. Same goes for Kvaesitso launcher, it uses set alarm tag where user enters time (e.g 6:00) and it opens the clock app which automatically opens the entered popup of that time, user only have to tap OK.
