But it's worth remembering this when Google has a cool project that it kills. Things like YouTube Originals had some cool stuff in it that wouldn't be possible without that funding. Stadia was... conceptually cool, if questionable in implementation. I still miss Google Reader, and that's been dead for 9 years.
