I also second the use of cross-seed. Honestly it is great. Using it in conjuction with Prowlarr or Jackett gives you the best of both worlds.
i used seedcross, a different program than the other 2. it was way simpler to get working. still needs docker, but i've never managed to get cross-seed and autotorrent to work. I didn't need to worry about docker folders and additional programs to load the torrents into my client. it connected to the webui of my torrent client and connected to prowlarr, then handled everything from there. it can get hung every once in a while so the initial run through everything you have may take some extra effort but once it's done it's pretty simple. https://github.com/ccf-2012/seedcross
