I really wish Netrw development would happen directly on https://github.com/vim/vim like the rest of Vim. Currently, people have to email patches to Netrw's maintainer and wait for him to email new versions of Netrw to Bram. This means getting bugs fixed is an extremely slow process and Netrw will always be a buggy mess.
