  • I think the process is fairly straight forward, not easy, but straightforward. Of course, LeetCode will do you no good if you aren't even getting interviews. Assuming you have a relevant degree and the testing job involves a decent amount of programming, you should have the content necessary to build a strong resume. From there, I'd try to reach out to any alumni you see at one of these companies on LinkedIn in order to get referrals. When you have to resort to applying online, I'd go for volume (50 - 200 apps). As you know, the entry level market was very competitive even before COVID. The good thing about tech is that it isn't just the biggest household names paying like this. I'd say most of the companies here have "top tier" compensation/benefits.
