Since you mentioned you that Cmd+D command, you might like search-replace. But the :s/ commands others suggested are the way I'd go instinctively. You could be more specific too. I'm not super experienced with regex outside of Vim, but you could do:
I know people say it's not necessary, but, for me personally, vim-visual-multi has been a vital part of my plugins and I use it QUITE a lot; maybe it's because I'm bad at Vim, but I basically can't live without the plugin
