  • search-replace.nvim

 A Neovim search and replace plugin that builds on the native search and replace experience.

  • Since you mentioned you that Cmd+D command, you might like search-replace. But the :s/ commands others suggested are the way I'd go instinctively. You could be more specific too. I'm not super experienced with regex outside of Vim, but you could do:

  • vim-visual-multi

    Multiple cursors plugin for vim/neovim

  • I know people say it's not necessary, but, for me personally, vim-visual-multi has been a vital part of my plugins and I use it QUITE a lot; maybe it's because I'm bad at Vim, but I basically can't live without the plugin

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
